Made with 95% Merlot and 5% Malbec for a garnet red with a cherry nose and a sweet mouth.



Our parcels are located on different terroirs: clayey, clay-limestone and sandy-clay. Cuvée composed of 95% Merlot and 5% Malbec. Alcoholic fermentation at less than 25° in thermo-regulated vats. Several pumping over - variable in number and intensity depending on the vats - and unloading at the beginning of fermentation. The grape varieties are fermented separately, the blends are then made. The alcoholic fermentations last between 7 and 14 days, then maceration for 1 to 2 weeks before pneumatic pressing. Most of our vintages are matured in vats: concrete, fibre and stainless steel.

Vin certifié en agriculture biologique.

Le millésime 2019 présente une couleur d’un beau rouge grenat, vif, et un nez dominé par les fruits rouges, notamment la griotte. La bouche est suave et délicate, souple et toujours sur le fruit. Finale tonique et saline.
