100% Merlot. No sulfiting, from the reception of the harvest to the bouling. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at 23°C, pumping over and pressure relief. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturing in stainless steel vats, only one racking during maturation to limit oxidation.

The deep ruby colour with purple tints marks the youth of this wine. Its intense nose is a basket of fresh red fruits enhanced with a touch of mint and liquorice. The elegant and supple palate is supported by a fine and tense tannic structure, prolonged by an aromatic return of strawberry and redcurrant.
